The individual nominated will have demonstrated several (Not necessarily all) of the following examples of exceptional leadership:- Motivates, inspires and creates a compelling vision for the future and helps others understand their role in achieving it
- Sets a high standard of integrity by leading through example and maintains high personal standards
- Made a significant impact on others by inspiring, challenging, and providing support
- Achieve outstanding success through perseverance, innovation, and hard work
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, uses strong judgment, treats everyone with respect, and utilizes good communication skills
- Demonstrates knowledge and a passion for the Latino community
- Generates a desire for continuous and lifelong learning
